Quality of radiator heating effect is affected by many factors
The quality of radiator heating effect is affected by many factors, no matter which link the problem, will affect the radiator heat dissipation effect, the heat dissipation effect is not good will affect the indoor temperature. So radiator as an important part of winter heating, good effect is the most important. However, the real situation, whether there is good indoor heating effect is not only determined by the radiator itself, radiator and the surrounding environment have all kinds of constraints. Today, St. Lawrence radiator manufacturers have summarized some common factors to share with you.
1. The material of radiator itself
According to the current market more popular radiator, mostly with steel radiator and copper aluminum composite radiator. However, these two kinds of radiator material is different, its heat dissipation effect is also different.
The heat dissipation mode of steel radiator is mainly based on radiation, so the surface temperature is higher, and the internal water capacity is larger, which is suitable for the place with large flow of central heating. The heat dissipation of copper and aluminum composite radiator is mainly based on convection, supplemented by radiation conduction. Compared with steel radiator, the heat dissipation is more balanced, and the heat dissipation effect is also very good.
2. The number of radiator
The number of radiator can be understood as two aspects, on the one hand, is the number of single column radiators, radiator in each group have because each pillar radiator with fixed heat release, and each piece of radiator according to your own height, type, size, heat dissipation is different, relatively single column heat release, the greater the room configuration will reduce the number of radiator. On the other hand, the number of radiator groups calculated according to the room heating area is extremely fast, which requires professional personnel to measure, in order to match a more reasonable number of radiator. If the room has a large heating area, the number of radiator installations needs to be increased to achieve the desired desired room temperature.
3. The insulation performance of the house wall
The insulation of the walls of the house is always a very important factor. Relatively speaking, the thermal insulation in the north will be better, while the thermal insulation in the south will be worse. If the room is closed and thermal insulation is poor, such as old buildings, bungalows, window frames, door frames, wall cracks and other air leakage phenomenon, will lead to indoor accumulated heat from the gap slip away, there is a large heat loss phenomenon. If this important factor is ignored, indoor heating comfort will be reduced. It is recommended to increase the number of radiators by 10% to 20% in the case of poor insulation performance of the room to meet the heating requirements.
4. Radiator installation position
Radiator heat dissipation principle mainly through heat convection in the air, radiation to provide sufficient heat for the room. Under normal circumstances, we usually put the radiator installed on the wall of the window, the formation of cold and heat convection, promote the rapid rise of indoor temperature. If the installation position is improper, there will be poor comfort of heating.
